What this involves.

Column and post wrapping dresses up structural posts and tired columns by enclosing them in clean, rot-resistant material without disturbing what's holding up the porch or roof. We measure each post, check that the existing support is sound, and build the wrap to fit tight on all sides with crisp corners. Before we close it in, we repair any soft or rotted spots so you're not wrapping over a problem. Topped with the cap and base trim you choose, the finished column looks substantial, sheds water, and holds its finish for years.
