What this involves.

Garage door trim and framing can rot, split, or pull loose over time, and when it does the door loses its seal and the opening goes out of square. We check the jambs, header, and stop molding for rot and movement, replace damaged wood, and reset the framing so the opening is true. We refit the stop molding and exterior trim so the door has a clean, tight surface to close against, then prime or seal the new wood to hold up to the weather. Sound framing keeps the door operating right, seals out the elements, and gives the whole entry a finished look.
