What this involves.
Fascia repair is needed when the board along your roof edge has gone soft, peeled, or started pulling away, often from gutters that overflowed or backed up. We pull the affected gutter section, remove the rotted fascia, and check the rafter tails and roof edge behind it for further moisture damage. Then we install matching replacement fascia, fasten it level and tight, and seal the joints so water stays out. We re-secure the gutter to the new board with solid hangers and confirm the pitch is right. The result is a roof edge that is straight again and a gutter that has something solid to hang from.
