Depending on the addition, we form and pour footings and foundation walls, lay a slab on grade, or build a crawlspace, then connect it to the existing foundation so the structures move together. We address drainage, waterproofing, and reinforcement as needed so the base stays dry and stable. Get this right and everything framed above it sits level and lasts.
