What this involves.

Toilet installation and replacement comes down to a solid set, a fresh seal, and a clean connection, because a wobbly or poorly sealed toilet leads to leaks and floor damage over time. We remove the old unit, clean and inspect the flange, and set the new toilet on a fresh wax or rubber seal, leveled and shimmed where the floor needs it. We connect the supply line, secure the unit without overtightening, and adjust the fill and flush. Then we run it through a few cycles to confirm it flushes strong, refills right, and stays dry at the base.

• Removing the old toilet and inspecting the flange and floor
• Cleaning the flange and setting a fresh wax or rubber seal
• Setting the new toilet level and shimming it solid against the floor
• Securing the bowl to the flange without cracking or overtightening
