What this involves.

Roof tear-off and re-roofing is the right approach when you want to know exactly what your new roof is sitting on. We remove all the old layers down to the deck, then inspect the sheathing for rot, soft spots, and damage you cannot see until the old roof is gone. With the deck cleaned up and repaired, we lay fresh underlayment and flashing and install your new roofing system on a solid base. Starting from the deck adds time over a layover, but it gives you a roof with no hidden surprises and a much longer, more dependable service life.
