Porcelain tile installation calls for a flat substrate, the right setting materials, and clean cuts through a dense, hard body. We prep and level the surface, dry-lay the pattern to balance the cuts, and set each tile with full coverage so there are no hollow spots underfoot. For large-format tile we pay close attention to flatness and lippage, and in wet areas we waterproof before anything is set. We grout, wipe, and seal the joints, then walk the surface to confirm everything sits flush and feels solid.
