What this involves.

Interior demolition clears out old walls, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures so the rebuild can start on a clean footing. Done well, demo is controlled and protective rather than destructive, which means shutting off the right utilities, containing dust, and removing only what the plan calls for. We protect the floors, finishes, and rooms that are staying, take out the materials marked for removal, and check for anything inside the walls that needs to be handled. Then we clear the debris and leave the space swept and ready for the next phase. Good demolition keeps the whole project on schedule and prevents surprises down the line.
