Pop-Top Expansion

What this involves.

A pop-top expansion raises the roofline to turn low attic space, or no space at all, into a finished upper level. It is a focused way to add a bedroom, bath, or bonus room when a full second story is more than you need. We confirm the existing structure can carry the change, reframe and raise the roof, and frame the new walls and floor for proper headroom. We add a staircase or extend an existing one, then run electrical, plumbing, and HVAC and finish the level with drywall, flooring, trim, and paint. The new roofline and siding are matched to the home so the addition looks intentional from the curb.
