What this involves.

Sink installation is about more than dropping a basin in a hole, because a clean seal and a properly sloped drain are what keep water where it belongs. We fit the sink to the counter or vanity, set it with a watertight seal, and connect the faucet, supply lines, and drain assembly. Whether it's a drop-in, undermount, or vanity sink, we make sure it sits level, seals against the surface, and drains without trapping or leaking. Once everything's hooked up, we fill and drain it to confirm the whole setup runs clean and stays dry below.

• Confirming the sink fits the counter, vanity, or cutout before setting
• Setting the basin level with a clean, watertight seal
• Connecting the faucet, supply lines, and shutoff valves
• Assembling and installing the drain, trap, and tailpiece
• Sealing the rim and any countertop seams against water
• Testing the supply and drain by filling and emptying the basin
• Checking all connections underneath for leaks before we finish
