What this involves.

Land grading and leveling is about controlling where water goes, and that starts with shaping the soil to a proper slope away from your foundation and toward where you want it to drain. We assess the existing grade, cut and fill low and high spots, and compact the soil so it holds the new shape and stops settling. Whether you're fighting a wet basement, a soggy lawn, or a yard you can't use, we set the grade so water moves off the property and your ground sits level, firm, and ready for sod, patio, or whatever comes next.
