Lot Clearing & Site Prep

What this involves.

Lot clearing and site prep gets a property ready for the next phase, whether that's an addition, a new structure, a driveway, or a fresh landscape. We clear brush, undergrowth, and unwanted growth, remove debris and obstacles, and grub out roots and stumps so the ground is clean. Then we rough-grade the site, establish drainage, and compact the soil so it's stable and ready for what comes next. We work the site to leave it level, clear, and prepped, and we keep an eye on erosion and runoff during the process so the cleared ground doesn't wash before the next stage begins.
